The Simulator Series 12' Bay is the widest turnkey enclosure in the Net Return lineup, built on a high-gloss black aluminum powder-coated frame with high-impact netting rated to 250 MPH. A floating super-white HD screen absorbs sound and minimizes ball rebound, while side barriers and frame pads keep stray shots contained — giving serious home studios and commercial bays maximum swing room.

Minimum recommended room: 14' wide × 9' high × 14' long. The bay can sit 6" from a wall; full swing clearance varies with golfer height and club length. Launch monitor placement typically needs 14–22 ft of depth. Recommended projectors: Optoma GT1080HDR or Optoma ZH406ST.
