AI Use & Accuracy Statement

OmniNova Home Systems is a brand name of Russell Innovation Holdings, LLC. We believe you should know how technology is used on the sites you shop, so this page explains where AI appears on OmniNova.

1. Decorative page imagery

Some hero banners and background graphics on our collection, brand, and category pages are created or enhanced with AI image-generation tools by OmniNova. These images are there for atmosphere and page design only. They illustrate a mood or a setting. They are not photographs of a specific product, and they are not intended to show how any product looks, how it is sized, or how it performs.

2. Product pages and product images

The photos, renderings, graphics, and videos on our product pages are provided by the manufacturer or its authorized supply channel. They are not created by OmniNova Home Systems, and OmniNova does not use AI to change a product's appearance, size, color, or finish.

Some manufacturers use AI tools to create or edit their own marketing images, and a small number of those images appear in product galleries. When we identify a product image that was created or modified with AI, we label it with a small caption beneath the image reading “This image was created or modified with the use of AI,” and we note the same in the image's alt text. We cannot independently verify how every manufacturer image was produced, so an unlabeled image is not a guarantee that no AI was involved. Always refer to the manufacturer's specifications for exact appearance, dimensions, and performance.

3. Checking product information against manufacturer data

We use AI tools to help compare our product listings with information published by the manufacturer, such as specifications, features, what's included in the box, and compatibility details. This helps us catch typos and mismatches. AI may also help draft or organize listing text. OmniNova is responsible for the information we publish, and the manufacturer's own documentation is the authoritative source for any product specification.

4. Administrative and operational work

We also use AI tools for back-office tasks, such as organizing catalog data, drafting internal documents and routine messages, and maintaining our website.

What we do not do

• OmniNova does not use AI to alter a product's appearance, size, color, or finish in its product gallery.
• We do not use AI to invent or exaggerate product specifications or performance claims.
• We do not present AI-generated content as a customer review or testimonial.
