Is the mulching blade included with the Mowrator S1 4WD 75% Slope?
Yes. Every S1 ships with one dual-stage mulching blade and one mulch insert alongside the standard mowing blade, so it is ready for fall leaf cleanup on day one.
Do I have to bag the leaves?
No. In Mulch & Return mode (mulching blade and mulch insert fitted, bag off) leaves are shredded fine enough to break down into the lawn as natural fertilizer. Mount the clipping bag only when you want leaves removed from the yard.
How do I switch from mowing to mulching?
With the battery removed, swap the mowing blade for the mulching blade on the modular blade disc using the included tools, then fit the mulch insert for Mulch & Return or mount the clipping bag for Collect & Remove. The changeover takes a few minutes.
How much leaf volume can it pick up?
The mulching blade generates 931 CFM of pickup airflow (Mowrator tested) into a 70-litre bag. Because every leaf is cut twice per blade rotation, the bag holds far more shredded leaves than whole ones.
Can I get replacement mulching blades?

What is the mulching reduction ratio of the Mowrator S1?
The reduction ratio depends on grass type and moisture level, so Mowrator has no confirmed ratio for grass clippings. In leaf-mulching tests, the S1 achieved approximately 2:1, meaning leaf volume was reduced by about half.
Can I use mowing blades and mulching blades at the same time?
Mulching blades cut the grass and shred the clippings at the same time, so they perform both mowing and mulching.
What after-sales service and warranty support does Mowrator offer?
Mowrator's after-sales service center is located in California, and a dedicated support team is available 24 hours a day for real-time online assistance. The S1's modular design makes parts easy to replace, and minor issues can usually be resolved with online guidance and replacement parts. For warranty-covered issues not caused by misuse or user damage, Mowrator provides replacement parts. For serious issues affecting the entire mower, Mowrator provides a replacement unit.
