As part of our journey together, we're thrilled to share the origin story of the Mowrator S1, a product born out of a vision to revolutionize lawn care for everyone, especially as we age. Our commitment to making lawn maintenance easier, safer, and more enjoyable led us to create our first product: the Remote-controlled Mowrator S1.

The spark for this innovation was ignited by our founder, a former DJI team leader with eight years of experience in pioneering drone technology. Witnessing the struggles of the elderly mowing their lawns in the scorching heat, he was driven by a question: "How can we make mowing effortless for everyone?" This reflection marked the beginning of Mowrator. Embarking on this venture two years ago, our core team, with roots in DJI, dove headfirst into research and development.

After dedicating over 2000 hours to rigorous testing and refinement, we are proud to say that the Mowrator S1 is not just an idea but a reality, poised to change the way we care for our lawns. To date, we have dispatched up to 10 units of the Mowrator S1 across 8 states overseas, gathering invaluable feedback. This process has been crucial in ensuring that our product meets the high standards we set for ourselves and, more importantly, the needs of our future users like you.

What is the mulching reduction ratio of the Mowrator S1?

The reduction ratio depends on grass type and moisture level, so Mowrator has no confirmed ratio for grass clippings. In leaf-mulching tests, the S1 achieved approximately 2:1, meaning leaf volume was reduced by about half.

Can I use mowing blades and mulching blades at the same time?

Mulching blades cut the grass and shred the clippings at the same time, so they perform both mowing and mulching.

What after-sales service and warranty support does Mowrator offer?

Mowrator's after-sales service center is located in California, and a dedicated support team is available 24 hours a day for real-time online assistance.

The S1's modular design makes parts easy to replace, and minor issues can usually be resolved with online guidance and replacement parts. For warranty-covered issues not caused by misuse or user damage, Mowrator provides replacement parts. For serious issues affecting the entire mower, Mowrator provides a replacement unit.

How much does the Mowrator S1 2WD weigh?

Gross weight, including packaging, is approximately 137 lb (62 kg) with the 18Ah battery and approximately 132 lb (60 kg) with the 12Ah battery.

What is the amperage of the Mowrator 600W charger?

The 600W charger has a maximum output current of 10A and a maximum input current of 6A.

Do I need to remove the battery to charge the Mowrator S1?

No. The battery can be charged while it is installed in the mower.
