How long until it arrives?
DOF Reality builds and ships from Warsaw, Poland, in bi-weekly batches. Plan on about 3–4 weeks from the day your payment clears to delivery by FedEx or DHL Express, tracked and insured. DOF prepares each order and sends it in its next batch, so we cannot promise a specific dispatch date.
Are duties and taxes included?
No. Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees, if any, are not included in the product or freight price. The carrier collects them from the buyer at delivery. The amount depends on current import rules, which change often, so we cannot quote it in advance.
What do I need to buy separately?
The MP2 is the motion platform only. A seat, wheel, pedals, VR headset and games are not included, and you need a cockpit frame to mount it in. The photos show an optional seat, wheel and controls for illustration.
Do the wheel and pedals move with the seat?
No. The MP2 moves the seat only, while the wheel and pedal plates stay stationary. If you want the whole cockpit to move, look at the H2 or H3.
Which sims does it work with?
DOF states that its platforms support over 145 sims and games. Tell us your title and we will confirm support before you order.
What does the warranty cover?
The platform carries a 12-month manufacturer warranty from delivery. Parts that DOF Reality repairs or replaces are covered for 6 months from the repair or replacement. Wearing parts such as wheels and motors, misuse, unauthorized repairs and commercial use of M and H series platforms are not covered. Replacement parts ship from Europe and can take up to six weeks. We are your first contact for support and work with DOF Reality on your behalf.
Can I return it?
DOF Reality items follow a different return policy from the rest of our store. They can be returned only if defective and not fixable after troubleshooting. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, and the customer pays return shipping. If your item arrives damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt and tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will work with DOF Reality on a repair or replacement. Details are on the DOF Reality brand page and in our Refund policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible at support@omninovahomesystems.com or (210) 900-2018, because DOF Reality prepares orders in bi-weekly batches. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not possible and the return terms in this FAQ apply.
