A transfer switch safely connects a generator or battery backup to your home’s circuits and prevents dangerous backfeed onto utility lines.

Choose manual (you flip it) or automatic (it switches by itself). Then match the amps and voltage (120V or 120/240V) to your backup source.

Buyer tip: Transfer switches must be installed by a licensed electrician to meet code.
