INDEMNIFICATION POLICY: Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, Russell Innovation Holdings, LLC. together with its agents, officers, and employees, against any and all liability, loss, damages, penalties, costs, or expenses for personal injury or damage to real or tangible personal property which it may sustain, incur, or be required to pay resulting from or arising out of, or in connection with, services and/or products performed, provided and/or delivered in connection with this order by reason of acts, inactions, omissions, negligence, and/or reckless and/or intentional misconduct of customer, its agents, officers, employees, contractors, and/or subcontractors.
