Off-Grid Inverter-Chargers

An off-grid inverter-charger turns stored battery power (DC) into household power (AC). It also recharges the batteries from a generator, and many models have a built-in MPPT solar charge controller.
Pick by three things: your battery bank voltage (12V, 24V or 48V), your AC service (120V or 120/240V) and your peak load.
Buyer tip: The battery voltage must match. A 48V inverter will not work on a 24V battery bank.
