CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations are not permitted.

REFUND POLICY: No refunds or returns are permitted once orders have been fabricated. All items are to be inspected upon delivery. If any item appears to be damaged, it must be refused from the carrier. Once delivery has been accepted on any item, no refund or replacement will be provided for such item under any circumstances.

INDEMNIFICATION POLICY: Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, Bass Industries, inc. together with its agents, officers, and employees, against any and all liability, loss, damages, penalties, costs, or expenses for personal injury or damage to real or tangible personal property which it may sustain, incur, or be required to pay resulting from or arising out of, or in connection with, services and/or products performed, provided and/or delivered in connection with this order by reason of acts, inactions, omissions, negligence, and/or reckless and/or intentional misconduct of customer, its agents, officers, employees, contractors, and/or subcontractors. 

Bass Industries, inc., shall use reasonable efforts to timely complete and deliver this order in a commercially reasonable manner. Any completion and/or delivery dates and/or estimates provided are not guaranteed. Bass Industries, inc., disclaims any and all liability and responsibility for, and Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless Bass Industries, inc., for, and delay in the completion or delivery of this order or any part thereof. Customer has no right to cancel this order or any part thereof, or to receive any rebate, in connection with any delay in the completion and/or delivery of this order or any part thereof.
