The S1 spins a real 21-inch blade at 3,000 RPM — the same cutting mechanism as a gas mower, not the trimmer-style cord found on most robotic units. It handles dense, wet, and overgrown grass without bogging down, and runs 4-in-1: mulch, bag, rear discharge, or leaf-shredding vacuum.

Every S1 ships with a dual-stage mulching blade and a mulch insert alongside the standard mowing blade. Swap the mulching blade in and the mower becomes a leaf vacuum and mulcher — one pass lifts, shreds and collects with 931 CFM of airflow into a 70-litre bag. No rake, no blower, no second machine to buy or store.

  • Cuts every leaf twice. High-low cutting edges at both ends of the blade shred leaves twice per rotation, so leaf volume shrinks and each bag holds more.
  • Mulch & return. Fit the mulch insert, leave the bag off, and shredded leaves settle into the turf and break down as natural fertilizer.
  • Collect & remove. Mount the clipping bag to vacuum leaves for curbside pickup or the compost pile.
  • Built to last. 40MnB corrosion-resistant boron steel, quick-swapped on the modular blade disc with the included tools.

Tip: for an even finer mulch, raise the blade disc speed — higher RPM shreds finer.

Do I have to bag the leaves?

No. In Mulch & Return mode (mulching blade and mulch insert fitted, bag off) leaves are shredded fine enough to break down into the lawn as natural fertilizer. Mount the clipping bag only when you want leaves removed from the yard.

How do I switch from mowing to mulching?

With the battery removed, swap the mowing blade for the mulching blade on the modular blade disc using the included tools, then fit the mulch insert for Mulch & Return or mount the clipping bag for Collect & Remove. The changeover takes a few minutes.
