Everything needed to get an IstaBreeze i-2000W turbine spinning and charging — turbine, acid/gel-compatible charge controller, and a 4-meter folding tower — in one package. This kit has been used successfully in over 1,000 installations worldwide. Glass-fiber-reinforced rotor blades stay durable and light; the maintenance-free slip-ring transmission means no cable twisting over the turbine's service life.
Choosing Your Blade Configuration
- 3-blade (standard): Better for sites averaging 6–7 m/s or higher — more efficient in strong, steady wind.
- 5-blade (low-wind): For consistently low, irregular wind under 5 m/s. Starts earlier at low speeds but loses up to 35% output at higher speeds. Recommended only for low-wind areas.
- Carbon blade upgrade: Resists bending in strong gusts, can boost output up to 30%. Available as an option.
Battery compatibility: This controller is factory-configured for standard acid/gel batteries and cannot be reconfigured by the end user. If you're using lithium batteries, select the lithium version of this kit instead.
