Frequently asked questions
Is it FAA or ICAO compliant?
FJ Dynamics does not state compliance with FAA advisory circulars, ICAO standards or any airfield paint or marking specification. The robot paints the geometry in your approved CAD drawing; paint type, color, retroreflective beads, line dimensions and acceptance testing must follow your airport's specification and authority. We review those requirements with you before quoting.
How does it handle existing markings?
For remarking, crews use the V4e Pro to verify key reference points and correct site deviations against the CAD plan before repainting, so earlier marking errors are not carried forward.
Where is our data stored?
FJD supports local server deployment, so CAD drawings, point data, job records and operation logs can stay within the airport network. The specific server setup is planned with FJD before deployment.
Does it apply glass beads or use specific paint?
FJD publishes a 19 L tank, 20 MPa maximum pressure and 2 L/min maximum flow, but no approved paint list or bead-dispensing system. We confirm paint compatibility and any bead application method for your specification with your quote.
What support comes with deployment?
FJD describes support before deployment (CAD preparation, local server planning), on site (field verification, operator training, commissioning) and after operation (job report setup, workflow review, ongoing support). The scope is confirmed with your quote.
What warranty applies?
Warranty terms are set by FJ Dynamics and confirmed with your quote. OmniNova is an independent retailer and handles claims with the manufacturer for you.
