Frequently asked questions

What comes standard and what is optional?

FJD's factory configuration lists the complete mower and a 1 kWh battery as standard. The portable charger, auto-charging station, high-strength cutting blade, handheld point maker, FJD base station and independent anti-theft module are optional, so we build the quote around how you will charge and position it.

Do I need an RTK base station or subscription?

FRX supports NTRIP network RTK as standard and works with an FJD base station (optional) or FJD's Trion N10 CORS. We confirm the right correction source and any service plan for your site with your quote.

How much can it mow?

Up to 8,000 m² (2 acres) per charge. With fast battery swapping FJD rates it for 32,000 m² in 24 hours and 96,000 m² (23.7 acres) in 72 hours; with the auto-charging station, 20,000 m² and 60,000 m². Values are theoretical under standard test conditions.

Can it run at night?

Yes. FJD designed FRX for quiet overnight mowing (47.8–64 dB(A) by cutter speed, preliminary internal data), so turf is cut before players arrive.

How do I map fields?

Use the optional V4e handheld marker to map boundaries without bringing the mower on site, and manage boundaries and tasks in the GolfMind platform.

What warranty applies?

Warranty terms are set by FJ Dynamics and confirmed with your quote. OmniNova is an independent retailer and handles claims with the manufacturer for you.
