What does the warranty cover?
12-month manufacturer warranty from delivery. Parts that DOF Reality repairs or replaces are covered for 6 months from the repair or replacement. Replacement parts ship from Europe and can take up to six weeks. We are your first contact for support and work with DOF Reality on your behalf.
Can I return it?
DOF Reality items follow a different return policy from the rest of our store. They can be returned only if defective and not fixable after troubleshooting. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, and the customer pays return shipping. Refunds, if approved, are issued within 20 days after DOF Reality receives and inspects the return. If your item arrives damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt and tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible at support@omninovahomesystems.com or (210) 900-2018, because DOF Reality prepares orders in bi-weekly batches. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not possible and the return terms in this FAQ apply.
