Can I control it from the app at any time?
You can steer it remotely in the app only while it is on the water surface. Beatbot does not offer app control for underwater cleaning.
What size pool can it clean?
Beatbot recommends it for pools with a bottom area up to 360 m² (3,875 sq ft), at working depths from 0.5 to 3 m, in in-ground and above-ground pools of any shape.
Can it clean steps?
Yes, if the steps are wide enough and the water over them is deeper than 0.4 m.
Can it remove algae?
It removes loose algae, but slippery, clinging algae may need an algae-removal treatment first, then the robot can collect the deactivated algae.
Does the clarifier come with it?
Beatbot lists the ClearWater clarifying agent kit as sold separately. Contact us to confirm what is included before ordering.
What does the manufacturer warranty cover?
